Une chenille, ou queue-leu-leu, est une communion de toutes les personnes sur un dancefloor. Celle-ci a le grand pouvoir de créer un lien entre les personnes la constituant. Ce lien reste tangible des jours durant l’après formation d’une chenille. Les Chenilles sont des événements qui fêtent la danse, qui fêtent la vie. L’atelier210 invite des collectif·ve·s à venir nous enflammer.

Cela fait maintenant plus de 10 ans que les soirées Belgian Dub Community prennent place dans les murs de l’Atelier 210 ! La formule reste inchangée, un ou plusieurs soundsystems, des vibes 100% roots & conscious music, un lieu mythique et surtout un public de feu !

Reemshot - Lille

Reemshot is based in Lille and heavily inspired by both the local scene (Chalice, Agobun, Misty meditation...) & The UK sounds. Expect a conscious & spiritual selection from 70's to nowadays. 

Haroon Ayyaz - Budapest

Haroon Ayyaz is a dub soundsystem chanter based in Hungary, with a deep musical formation as an academic singer. To say that he's an up and coming talent in the scene is an understatement! He's part of Dubapest HiFi, the biggest and baddest soundsystem in Eastern Europe. His conscious Rastafari livity transpires in his music and lyrics and the message is always carrying a positive feel. He has travelled across all Europe for major events such as Dubcamp or Couleur Café, backing the likes of Sista Habesha and Shere Khan between many others. He's got a couple vinyl releases under his belt and you can expect many more in the coming years! Rastafari!

BabbaJah

BabbaJah is a Brussels-born singer, his music is personal, conscious and militant and his lyrics always carry a message. He's been active for a decade in the belgian dub scene, working with most of the biggest crews and producers. He runs Vibe Generator Records, a dub specialised label and promote roots and culture locally on his mini sound in Brussels countryside.

The Roots Corner Soundsystem

The Roots Corner Soundsystem is a Brussels based crew active on the local scene since 2013.
The 2 selectors and operators, Jah Piet and Brother Leo are backed by the conscious lyrics and unique voice of singer BabbaJah.
They play roots, rockers and dubs from early jamaican reggae to the latest UK releases as long as it preserve the roots and culture vibe.
Since over a decade, they organize the Belgian Dub Community dances at Atelier210, well know cultural venue in Brussels. 
They also founded in 2018 Couleur Café’s - Dub Forest stage.
Each member of the collective defends soundsystem culture in his own way beside their common project : Jah Piet through Air Force Dub, his weekly radioshow on Radio Campus Bxl ; BabbaJah with his own label Vibe Generator Records ; and Brother Leo through the build of another soundsystem in Greece.
